Pacers second round pick Kam Jones had a big game and Enrique Freeman continues his strong NBA Summer League in Indiana’s 91-88 win over the Knicks on Thursday in Las Vegas.
Jones, a rookie out of Marquette, scored 21 points with 11 assists, while Freeman added 18 points and 10 rebounds in his battle for one of the Pacers’ two-way contracts.
Summer standouts Johnny Furphy, Quenton Jackson and RayJ Dennis didn’t play Thursday.
The Pacers improved to 2-2 this summer and face the Pelicans on Friday in their Summer League finale.
