The big question heading into Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals between the Golden State Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves is Steph Curry’s game-time status.
Curry left Game 1 with an injury as the Warriors managed to secure a 99-88 Game 1 victory. This was largely thanks to the outstanding performances of Jimmy Butler and Buddy Hield. Hield led the team in scoring with 24 points and eight rebounds, while Butler had 20 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists.
As the series progresses, the question on everyone’s mind is whether Curry will make a comeback in Game 2. Head coach Steve Kerr’s postgame statement that Curry’s status will be evaluated day-to-day after he has an MRI on his left hamstring.
