The Phoenix Suns have already made many moves this offseason as they have completely overhauled their roster but more moves may be coming.

Of course, the Suns have already traded Kevin Durant, bought out Bradley Beal and signed Devin Booker to a massive contract extension so far this offseason.

They also added Mark Williams, Jalen Green and Dillon Brooks in trades and selected Khaman Maluach, Rasheer Fleming and Koby Brea in the 2025 NBA Draft.

While the Suns have already made multiple moves to help turn their franchise around, they have still been linked to many players this summer, including Golden State Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga.

Kuminga is a restricted free agent and after he turned down a contract with the Warriors on Thursday, it appears as though he may be leaving Golden State this offseason.

For the Suns to land Kuminga this summer, they will have to agree to a sign-and-trade deal with the Warriors and their trade offer was revealed on Wednesday.

According to ESPN’s Marc J. Spears, the Suns’ trade offer for Kuminga includes Royce O’Neal, Nick Ricahrds and four second-round picks.

While this seems to be a solid trade package for the Warriors, they have not seemed to be very interested in it as they have set a high asking price for their young forward this offseason.

Despite this, there are very few teams that have shown interest in Kuminga this offseason and if he wants to leave Golden State, they may have to lower their asking price.

If that is the case, adding a veteran forward in O’Neal would be a solid addition to Golden State’s roster and they would also land a much-needed center in Richards.

On the other side, the Suns would add another young player that they could build around for the future and Kuminga would also have a much larger role in Phoenix than he did in Golden State, which is what he is reportedly looking for.
