SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – After months of waiting, the Huntington girls basketball team received quite the gift.
Coaches and players from the 2024-25 Huntington girls basketball team finally got the opportunity to put on their championship rings for the first time.
Brian Shyne, a 2011 Huntington graduate, led the Raiders to a championship victory over Woodlawn-Baton Rouge, in March.
It was the school’s first championship in either boys or girls basketball.
