Oregon’s second 2026 commitment is a five-star guard from the Pacific Northwest.

Brooklynn Haywood, a 5-foot-9 guard out of Union High School in Camas, Washington, committed to the Ducks on Thursday. Ranked No. 26 nationally in the 247Sports Composite and ESPN HoopGurlz, Haywood chose UO over Utah and Baylor.

Haywood led the state with 31.4 points per game and shot 40% from three last season. She also averaged seven rebounds, five assists and three steals.

Haywood plays AAU for Cal Stars, which produced USC’s Jazzy Davidson and Iowa’s Addie Deal last year. She also played in AAU with Oregon guard Katie Fiso.

Haywood is the second commit to Oregon’s 2026 class, joining guard La’u Pele Falatea. The Ducks have 14 scholarship players in 2025-26, with four set to complete their eligibility after the season.
