He used to live in a luxury townhouse while playing for the franchise.

The forward left for the Golden State Warriors in 2016 and has gone on to become an NBA great.

And the former league MVP sold the home for $1.15 million after leaving for the Bay Area.

Durant’s former home was listed for $35 with Oklahoma City agent Ieasha Larkpor of Thunder Team Realty.

But she told the New York Post in an email last month that there were already 22 offers on the place.

The low listing price was a marketing gimmick.

And Larkpor explained that the owners were looking a figure much closer to what they paid for the property.

“The owner felt like a basketball enthusiast or Kevin Durant fan would be interested in owning a piece of history,” she said.

“The owner is expecting to have offers around $1 million.”

The listing is no longer online on the agent’s website.

The home is located just a five-minute drive from the Thunder’s arena, making it ideal for Durant when he played there.

It has four bedrooms that span three floors and comes with two kitchens.

Durant also had it modified to include extra large showers and baths for his 6ft 11ins frame.

The 36-year-old is now with the Houston Rockets.

He won two NBA titles during his spell with the Warriors in 2017 and 2018.

Durant was also named finals MVP during both of those championship wins.

He is one of the best players of the last decade and has been named to 15 All-Star Games.

Durant’s career earnings are expected to pass $500 million next season.

He is in the final year of his current contract, which will pay him $54.7 million in 2025-26.

Given his salary, the former Thunder star could buy his old home back many times over.
