How to play King of the Playoffs on DraftKings Sportsbook
King of the Playoffs is a new DraftKings Sportsbook promotion that puts a twist on King of the Court. What makes this unique is that King of the Playoffs extends throughout the first round.
King of the Playoffs requires customers to opt in and place their qualifying bet token on an NBA player prop bet. The wager must be at least $5 with minimum +100 odds. Straight bets, pre-game bets only or Individual Player Same Game Parlays qualify on DraftKings Sportsbook.
If the player you use the qualifying bet token on leads Round 1 of the NBA playoffs in total scoring (not points per game), you will earn a share of $2 MILLION in DraftKings Sportsbook bonus bets distributed equally among all customers who used their token on the winning player.
If multiple players are tied for the lead at the end of the first round, the $2 million prize will be split among all customers who used their token on either player.

King of the Playoffs Round 1 leaders, scores, stats
WINNER Jalen Brunson: 189 Points
Game 1: After a slow start, Jalen Brunson’s shots began falling. He finished with 34 points, the third-most after Saturday’s contests.
Game 2: Despite the loss, Brunson showed out for New York. He scored 37 points, going 12-of-27 from the field. He is the new leader in the clubhouse after Game 2.
Game 3: The Knicks stole one on the road in Game 3, and a big reason for that was Brunson’s play down the stretch. He scored 30 points yet again, going 9-of-20 from the field.
Game 4: Brunson dropped another masterclass in Game 4 as the Knicks stole a road win in Detroit. He dropped 32 points and was clutch down the stretch. Brunson has 30+ points in all four games of the series.
Game 5: Brunson had his worst game of the series, going 4-of-16 from the field for only 16 points. The good news for the king of the playoffs race is that the Knicks lost, so the series has been extended.
Game 6: Brunson won clutch player of the year for a reason. In Game 6, he showed up huge for New York with the go-ahead three with 4.3 seconds left. That shot capped off a 40-point performance as the Knicks advanced 4-2.
No. 2 Kawhi Leonard: 175 Points
Game 1: Despite losing by two points in overtime, the 33-year-old veteran finished with 22 points on 9-of-15 shooting. He shot 1-of-3 from deep range and a perfect 3-of-3 from the free throw line.
Game 2: Leonard put the team on his back in Game 2 and posted a vintage stat-line. He led all scorers with 39 points while shooting an impressive 15-of-19 from the field. That’s good for 78.9%, and he was efficient from deep range (4-of-7) and the free throw line (5-of-5).
Game 3: The Clippers dominated in this one and blew out the Nuggets by 34 points in Game 3. Leonard double-doubled with 21 points but struggled from the field, shooting just 7-of-17 from the field.
Game 4: Jokic stole the show in Game 4 but Leonard still did all he could to secure the win. He led his team in scoring with 24 points and nearly recorded a second straight double-double with nine rebounds. Leonard shot 10-of-22 from the field and 2-of-5 from deep range.
Game 5: It was hard to keep up with the Jamal Murray explosion in Game 5. Leonard nearly recorded a triple-double and the Clippers shot well from the field but it wasn’t enough. Leonard finished with 20 points and shot above 50% from the field (8-of-15) but his struggles from deep range and the free throw line were noticeable.
Game 6: The Clippers were able to secure the six-point win in Game 6 to force Game 7 thanks to strong performances from the starting five. Leonard totaled a 27-point double-double on 11-of-22 shooting. He struggled particularly from deep, making just 2-of-8 shots.
Game 7: The veteran was sent home in Game 7 but still led the team in scoring with 22 points. He finished with a team-low -33 plus/minus rating on 6-of-13 shooting. Eight of his 22 points came from the charity stripe, shooting 8-of-9.
No. T3 Nikola Jokic: 168 Points
Game 1: Jokic did Jokic things in Game 1, finishing one rebound shy of a triple-double. Sadly, we don’t care about those other stats for this promotion. The important thing is he scored 29 points and shot 50% from the field.
Game 2: Jokic did triple-double in Game 2, but this time with only 26 points and a Nuggets loss. A disappointing day at the office by all accounts.
Game 3: Jokic stuffed the stat sheet once again in Game 3, but had a series-low 23 points. He was efficient from the field, but only took 14 shots.
Game 4: Jokic finally opened the floodgates of his scoring in Game 4. He shot 14-of-25 for 36 points. What’s even more impressive is that he shot 50% from three on six attempts.
Game 5: He triple-doubled but scored a series-low 13 points while shooting just 4-of-13 from the field. Four of his 13 points came from the free-throw line in the Game 5 win for Denver.
Game 6: The reigning MVP led all Nuggets in scoring with 25 points but it wasn’t enough to advance to the second round. Jokic shot 11-of-22 from the field, including 2-of-4 from three-point range.
Game 7: It was another tamed scoring night for Jokic but it was enough to secure the Game 7 win and advance. He finished with 16 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists on 6-of-14 shooting.
No. T3 Steph Curry: 168 Points
Game 1: Stephen Curry started the first round with 31 points on 12-of-19 shooting as the Warriors upset the Rockets on the road.
Game 2: The Warriors struggled after Jimmy Butler’s exit, and it showed in Curry’s scoring. He posted just 20 points on 40 percent from the field.
Game 3: Curry returned to form in a pivotal Game 3 against the Rockets. He dropped 36 points on 52.2 percent from the field in the victory. Golden State leads the series 2-1 heading into Game 4.
Game 4: Curry had a pretty modest performance in Game 4, only taking 13 shots and hitting six of them for 17 points. The Warriors win 109-106 to take a commanding 3-1 series lead.
Game 5: Curry had his worst game of the series, going 4-of-12 from the field for 13 points before being benched in the third quarter along with the rest of the Golden State starters in a blowout loss.
Game 6: Curry wasn’t efficient from the field, going 9-of-23 from the field, including 6-of-16 from three. That resulted in 29 points as the Rockets forced Game 7.
Game 7: The Warriors did what they usually do in big games. Win. Steph shot 50% from the field and scored 22 points as the Warriors advanced to the second round.
No. 5 Giannis Antetokounmpo: 165 Points
Game 1: The Bucks superstar poured in 36 points during Game 1 of the NBA Playoffs. It wasn’t enough to defeat the Pacers, but it’s enough for a great start in King of the Playoffs on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Game 2: Despite another loss, Giannis is looking dominant in these playoffs. His team isn’t helping out much with scoring, but still, he scored 34 points in Game 2. He shot 14-of-20 from the field. A Pacers sweep could be a potential issue for Giannis in the race for king of the playoffs.
Game 3: Giannis Antetokounmpo propelled the Bucks to their first win of the series in Game 3. The superstar had a big night for Milwaukee, scoring 37 points on 14-of-19 shooting to launch him to the top of the King of the Playoffs leaderboard.
Game 4: Giannis scored 28 points in Game 4, going 9-of-20 from the field. It wasn’t enough as the Bucks fell 129-103. The good news is that he regained his spot at the top of the leaderboard.
Game 5: He struggled in this one, going 9-of-17 from the field for 30 points. The Bucks were eliminated in OT, which will likely hurt his case to be the king of the playoffs in the first round.
