Who would win if the greatest Boston Celtics legends played each other? Such a question has so many additional questions needing answers before this seemingly simple query could be answered that just a moment’s reflection highlights how difficult to answer such a question it really is.
Which Celtics legends? Who decides what counts as legends? What teams will each play on, and who decides what players belong on what team and which position they will play? Who will coach each team, and what style will the play — and what rules from which era will be the rules used in the games?
