It’s Week 1 of the NFL season, teams are all optimistic and feel they have a shot as everyone starts 0-0.
There were some notable injuries to keep an eye on. 49ers star running back Christian McCaffrey was listed as questionable with a calf injury, but the 49ers’ top player is officially active for Sunday. Also in the 4 p.m. ET slate, Broncos running back Jaleel McLaughlin is a healthy scratch on the inactives report.Â
As for the Packers, Micah Parsons, who has been battling back issues for a few weeks now, was limited at practice this week, but will play after not being on the inactive report. The Packers also had another injury to monitor in Jayden Reed, who was listed as questionable with a foot injury. Dontavyion Wicks was also questionable for the Packers, but both he and Reed are active. The Packers will have their full contingent of wideouts against the Lions.
The big games on tap for this late-Sunday slate are the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks, Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers and Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills.
