SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – The Notre Dame women’s basketball team has added one more game to its 2025-26 schedule.
Notre Dame and Michigan will meet in the fourth annual Shamrock Classic on Nov. 15. The game will be played at Wayne State Fieldhouse in Detroit and air on NBC at 4 p.m.
According to the university, Notre Dame is 14-8 all-time against Michigan. Their most recent matchup came in the second round of the 2025 NCAA Tournament, where the Irish cruised to a 76-55 home victory.
The Fighting Irish will tip off their 2025 season on Nov. 5 at home against Fairleigh Dickinson. Prior to the season opener, the Irish will host Purdue Northwest in a preseason exhibition on Oct. 30.
