The Golden State Warriors player Moses Moodey finds himself in the criticism this offseason. After years of ups and downs, he earned a stable position with the Warriors. He had his best season in 2024-25 and was rewarded with a three-year contract. Even an injury could not stop him from making it to the court.
Moody averaged 9.8 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.7 three-pointers per game last season. He shot 43.3% from the field and 37.4% from three-point range. His stats, at only 23, make him stand tall among the rising stars in the league. However, his recent look pulled a lot of attention from the fans, as his hairline looked weird. At his age, this is something unusual.
The Warriors are dealing with Jonathan Kuminga’s trade talks, which complicate their situation daily. However, unlike Kuminga, Moodey seems to be trusted and valued. The Warriors made it clear they don’t want to trade Moody, even refusing to include him in any sign-and-trade deals involving Kuminga. This shows that the team has complete faith in their reliable shooter and keeps him as their future asset.

People did not hold back and made fun of Moody’s hairline.
“BGN ahh hairline,” a fan wrote.
“Only 24 lol,” another stated.
“LMAOO. HE GOT THAT STEPHEN A SMITH,” one commented.
“You coulda said hairline bruh,” someone posted.
“Bro looking 40 at 24,” one joked.
“Nigga always looked like that he just covered it up with braids,” another one noted.
“Bro already balding,” a fan added.
“Bro told his barber “gimme the Liam Siwik”,” one commented.
Despite the jokes, Moody’s stats speak for themselves and define his greatness at even this young age. He must focus on the upcoming big season and improve his game. After all, as long as he makes it on the court, the outside noise doesn’t matter at all.
