MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Grizzlies are likely to be down their three players to begin the year.
Jaren Jackson Jr. will return to play in four to six weeks after completing surgery on his right foot on July 2.
Zach Edey has been cleared to resume playing in six to nine weeks after undergoing surgery on his left ankle on June 7.
Brandon Clarke recently experienced synovitis in his right knee, which will require surgery. The team says his return-to-play timeline will be announced afterward, but he is expected to make a full recovery.
The team adds that Clarke has fully healed from a high-grade right PCL sprain he suffered on March 19.
Cedric Coward is slated to participate in training camp once he finishes physical therapy for a left shoulder injury sustained in November 2024. A timeline for his return has not been announced.
