McKenna Woliczko, a five-star recruit out of Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, California, announced her commitment to the Hawkeyes Wednesday morning.Woliczko, listed at 6 feet 2 inches, is No. 6 on ESPN’s top 100 list of 2026 recruits. The Iowa women’s basketball program has secured its highest-rated recruit since Caitlin Clark.
McKenna Woliczko, a five-star recruit out of Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, California, announced her commitment to the Hawkeyes Wednesday morning.
Woliczko, listed at 6 feet 2 inches, is No. 6 on ESPN’s top 100 list of 2026 recruits. Iowa was also among the finalists for No. 4 recruit Kate Harpring before she chose North Carolina and No. 11 recruit Maddyn Greenway before she committed to Kentucky.
