The Philadelphia 76ers landed the No. 3 pick in the lottery following a dreadful 24-58 season in which nothing went right for them. The Sixers will be looking to add the best player available with the pick so they can inject some young talent into this roster and move forward.
The Sixers will have their choice of terrific options at No. 3 whether it be Rutgers star Ace Bailey, Baylor’s VJ Edgecombe, Texas’ Tre Johnson, or Duke’s Kon Knueppel and Khaman Maluach. Any of those players will be a good choice for Philadelphia.

However, there could be one sleeper that isn’t on the minds of many: Oklahoma guard Jeremiah Fears. Speaking with reporters at the combine in Chicago, Fears confirmed that he had met with the Sixers among many other interested teams.
This is the due diligence the Sixers must do in order to be in the best position to make the right pick at No. 3 overall. Fears averaged 17.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 4.1 assists while shooting 43.4% from the floor at Oklahoma. He will look to make a name for himself at the combine and get himself on the radar of plenty of teams in the lottery.
