INDIANAPOLIS–The Indiana Pacers advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals for the second straight year on Tuesday night. No matter who their opponent will be in the Conference Finals, they now know the schedule for those games.
They will face either the Boston Celtics or the New York Knicks. The Knicks lead that series 3-2 with Game 6 coming up Friday May 16.
The Eastern Conference Finals will start on Wednesday May 21. The full schedule is as follows:
Game 1 (May 21) Pacers at Celtics/Knicks 8 pm
Game 2 (May 23) Pacers at Celtics/Knicks 8 pm
Game 3 (May 25, same day as the Indianapolis 500) Celtics/Knicks at Pacers 8 pm
Game 4 (May 27) Celtics/Knicks at Pacers 8 pm
Game 5 (May 29) Pacers at Celtics/Knicks 8 pm if necessary
Game 6 (May 31) Celtics/Knicks at Pacers 8 pm if necessary
Game 7 (June 2) Pacers at Celtics/Knicks 8 pm if necessary
The Pacers beat the Knicks in the Eastern Conference Semifinals last year before falling to the Celtics in the Conference Finals.
