Going from a QB1-like role as a team’s top scoring option to just another choice for CofC’s coaching staff might not have been attractive to most players in the transfer portal. It’s not about statistics for Duggan.
“I played a ton of different roles on the teams I’ve been on,” Duggan said. “I know I have to be smart and pick my spots. I’m not the type that’s going to complain about my touches because maybe it’s another guy’s night.
“We have guys on this team that can turn it on at any time. It’s not going to be everyone’s night every night, so you have to be patient. I just want to win and I’m willing to anything to help us win and get into March Madness.”
