The Hawks are on a two-game win streak and are coming off of a 128-108 win against the Indiana Pacers in their inaugural 2025 NBA Emirates Cup game Friday. Prior to that, they defeated the Brooklyn Nets 117-112 on Wednesday.

In the most recent win Friday, the Hawks were without Trae Young and were led by Jalen Johnson’s 22 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists. Nickeil Alexander-Walker had 21 points, while Dyson Daniels and Kristaps Porzingis had 18 and 15 points, respectively.

Young, who is out with a knee injury, will be re-evaluated in four weeks, as per Shams Charania.

The Cavaliers are on a two-game losing streak. They most recently lost 112-101 to the Toronto Raptors on Friday.

Evan Mobley led the team with 29 points and eight rebounds, while De’Andre Hunter had 26 and Jaylon Tyson 18.

Cleveland is dealing with a slew of injuries and is without Darius Garland (toe) and Max Strus (foot). Donovan Mitchell (hamstring), Jarrett Allen (finger) and Sam Merrill (hip) are questionable for Sunday’s game.
