As the NBA Schedule pushes into November, different colored courts are beginning to pop up across different NBA arenas, marking the start of the league’s annual in-season tournament, the Emirates NBA Cup. While some teams have already begun their climb to Las Vegas with group play, the Golden State Warriors are set to open NBA Cup play on Friday, Nov. 7, against the Denver Nuggets at Ball Arena in Denver.

The Warriors will play four games in the West Group C group stage, playing the Nuggets, San Antonio Spurs, Portland Trail Blazers and Houston Rockets each once. The teams with the best standings from group play and a pair of “wild card” teams will advance to the knockout stage. The semi-finals and the NBA Cup championship game will take place in Las Vegas.

Here’s a look at the Warriors’ schedule for Group play:

Last December, the Warriors were eliminated from the NBA Cup in a rather stunning fashion. The Warriors met the Rockets in the quarterfinals in Houston. Despite holding a late lead, the Rockets went on a late comeback run to shock the Warriors and punch a ticket to Las Vegas.

With a new run of NBA Cup games on the way, Chase Center is getting a makeover for a pair of home games. When the Warriors host their set of NBA Cup games, the floor at Chase Center will look different, boasting a primarily grey hardwood with black, gold and blue accents.
