Thunder vs Lakers predictions, picks

Justin Martinez: OKC 122, Los Angeles 116

Los Angeles ranks fifth in the NBA in points in the paint per game (53.8). Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves are crafty finishers around the rim, and they have a new pick-and-roll partner in Deandre Ayton. But OKC boasts the best interior defense in the league with two 7-footers, Chet Holmgren and Isaiah Hartenstein, patrolling the paint. And while the Thunder has the defensive weapons to get stops, the Lakers are far less equipped in that department. I’m going with OKC at home.
