The first game in a national television doubleheader on Thursday, Nov. 20 is happening at Carnesecca Arena in Queens, N.Y. where the No. 14 St. John’s Red Storm are hosting the Bucknell Bison.
This college basketball game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on TNT and truTV. Fans looking to watch can do so for free by using DIRECTV, which offers a free trial. St. John’s is 2-1 and coming off a 83-60 victory over William & Mary. Bryce Hopkins and Joson Sanon matched each other with a game-high of 15 points with Sanon providing his contribution from off the bench. Oziyah Sellers had 13, as did Dylan Darling who also had four steals. Zuby Ejiofor added 11, and Dillon Mitchell chipped in 8 points, three steals and three blocks in 16 minutes.
At 2-3, Bucknell is on a three-game losing streak, most recently falling to Pittsburgh, 84-50. Ruot Bijiek was the lone Bison over 10 points with 11 while Amon Dörries had 9, Aleksander Pachucki had 8 and Brandon McCreesh added 7.
