THAT’S RIGHT. USUALLY IT’S FANS LINING UP TO SEE THE THUNDER, BUT THIS TIME THE THUNDER PLAYERS THEY LINED UP TO SERVE IT WAS SGA. JWILL EVERYONE WAS HERE AT CITY RESCUE MISSION TO BRING SMILES TO THESE FAMILIES LIVING HERE AT THIS SHELTER. NOW THE THUNDER PLAYERS, THEY SWAPPED OUT THEIR JERSEYS FOR SOME HAIRNETS AND PLATED UP SOME MEALS. KIDS AND FAMILIES LIT UP WHEN THEY SAW THEIR FAVORITE TEAM AND OF COURSE, THEIR FAVORITE PLAYERS, ALONG WITH SERVING MEALS. PLAYERS TOOK SOME PICTURES AND HELP KIDS CREATE PICTURE FRAMES. AS FAMILIES PREPARE TO SPEND THEIR THANKSGIVING HERE AT CITY RESCUE MISSION. THE PLAYER SAID THIS WAS THEIR WAY OF GIVING THANKS. JUST TRYING TO, YOU KNOW, MAKE SURE THAT WE’RE GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY, BEING A PART OF THE CULTURE AND THE WORLD HERE IN OKLAHOMA CITY. SO IT’S AWESOME TO BE HERE, PASS OUT SOME FOOD, SPEND SOME TIME WITH THE KIDS AND AND JUST KIND OF, YOU KNOW, CREATE RELATIONSHIPS AND MEET PEOPLE OUT HERE. THE HOLIDAYS ARE REALLY HARD FOR SOMEBODY WHO’S EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. AND A LITTLE BIT OF HOPE GOES A LONG WAY. AND SO THE THUNDER PLAYER COMING OUT AND SPENDING TIME WITH THEM REALLY JUST RESTORES HOPE. I MADE A FEW PICTURE FRAMES WITH SOME KIDS AND WE WENT AND TOOK A PICTURE AFTER FOR IT TO GO IN. SO THAT WAS FUN. IT WAS SUCH A FUN DAY HERE AT CITY RESCUE MISSION. IT WAS MORE THAN JUST THE PLAYERS. RUMBLE WAS HER
