Teams that once shared a building for more than two decades meet up in that very building for the first of four games between each other on Tuesday, Nov. 25 when then LA Clippers visit the Los Angeles Lakers at crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

This NBA game is scheduled to start at 11 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on NBC and Peacock. Fans looking to watch can do so for free by using DIRECTV, which offers a free trial. SlingTV doesn’t offer a free trial but has promotional offers available for streaming the game. Peacock has plans starting at $7.99 a month and has exclusive NBA games on Mondays and also allows fans to watch games that are broadcast on NBC. On Coast 2 Coast Tuesdays only one of the two games will be shown on NBC, so fans in the Eastern and Central time zones can watch the late game only on Peacock and those in the Mountain and Pacific time zones can watch the early game only on Peacock.

With the return of LeBron James, the 12-4 Lakers are looking like an early candidate for the team most likely to take down the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder. So far, James has only seen action against the Utah Jazz over about a week since he got back on the court, and Tuesday’s matchup doesn’t appear to be against much stiffer competition. The four-time MVP had 17 points, eight assists and six rebounds as a follow-up to his 11 points, 12 assists season-debut five days prior. The Lakers won the first meeting 140-126 and the second 108-106 with Luka Doncic averaging 35 points a contest in the two victories. Austin Reaves matched Doncic with a points-rebounds double-double in the win on Sunday, going for 22 and 10 with four assists while Doncic had 33, 11, eight assists and three steals.

The Clippers are 5-12 and have lost 10 of their last 12. After getting a 131-116 road win over the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday, the team had to turn right around and visit the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday, where they lost 120-105. Now LA gets to finish its season-long seven-game road trip with a stop at the team’s former home. Unfortunately for James Harden and Kawhi Leonard and the rest of the squad, they only have two home games once the road trip ends before going right back out East to start a five-game road trip. Harden had 55 in the win over the Hornets and Ivica Zubac had 33 points and 18 rebounds in the loss to the Cavaliers. Leonard missed the Charlotte game but scored 20 in Cleveland while also snagging three steals.
