SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – The Notre Dame women’s basketball team has moved up in the latest Associated Press Top 25 poll released on Monday afternoon.
The Fighting Irish (5-1) moved up from No. 19 to No. 18 after picking up a win over Central Michigan in their only game last week.
Notre Dame will have a big test on Thursday night as the Irish travel to No. 13 Ole Miss for the ACC/SEC Challenge. The Irish will then play another road game on Sunday afternoon at Florida State.
As for other regional teams in the poll, Michigan (6-1) remains at No. 6 while Michigan State (8-0) stayed at No. 20.
