The game on Wednesday night against the Clippers will feature a special giveaway and Big Boi in attendance.

ATLANTA — The Hawks will celebrate the legacy of Outkast and their recent induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with a special theme night on Wednesday.

The team is set to host the Clippers at State Farm Arena at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday night. The festivities will include a special giveaway, Big Boi in attendance and a special halftime marching band tribute.

The Hawks said the giveaway will be available for the first 5,000 fans, describing it as “an exclusive Outkast figurine set of the iconic duo, Big Boi and André 3000, created by Handmade by Robots.”

“These collectible vinyl figures feature a unique, hand-knit design of Outkast in Atlanta Hawks gear and are produced by robots,” a Hawks release said.

As part of attending the game, the Hawks said Big Boi would also receive a “special acknowledgement” to celebrate Outkast’s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction. Sleepy Brown, a producer for Outkast and Dungeon Family member, will be on hand as well.

At halftime, the Tri-Cities High School marching band — Outkast’s alma mater in East Point — will perform a tribute.

The Hawks are planning to also play Outkast music throughout the game.

Atlanta has won four of its last six games and is now 13-9 on the season. Tickets for the game Wednesday night are available at Ticketmaster here.
