After having a seven-game win streak snapped by the Phoenix Suns on their home floor (125-108) on Thursday night, the Lakers hit the road with a quality victory over the Toronto Raptors on Thursday (123-120) before making their way to Boston on Friday and Philadelphia on Sunday. Austin Reaves dropped a game-high 44 points in the win over the Raptors to push the Pacific Division-leading Raptors to 16-5 on the season. Reaves hit 13 of 21 from the floor and 13 of 15 from the free throw line on a night where Luka Doncic sat and LeBron James scored just eight points.

The Celtics are on a roll of their own that includes wins over Eastern Conference elites in the New York Knicks (123-117), Cleveland Cavaliers (117-115) and Detroit Pistons (117-114) over their past six contests. Boston now sits at 13-9 without the services of superstar Jayson Tatum while showing major signs of life after opening the campaign with an 0-3 record through three games and a 4-6 mark through 10.
