The Miami Heat make the short trip north to Orlando on Tuesday night for a matchup against the Magic in the quarterfinal round of the 2025 NBA Cup. The game is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. ET with streaming exclusively on Amazon Prime.

The Magic made a perfect 4-0 run through the Group Stage of the NBA Cup with the best scoring differential (+64) in the Eastern Conference for that stretch. Orlando sits at 14-10 overall for the season with losses in two of its past three contests, both coming around a home win over the Heat (106-105) last Friday night. The Magic are now 2-0 against the Heat this season after opening their campaign with 125-121 win in their opener.

The Heat put their hopes on an offense that leads the East and ranks third in the NBA in scoring (122.3 ppg) with a new flow yielding the second-most assists (29.6 apg) in the league. Guard Norman Powell (24.8 ppg) has provided a scoring spark in his arrival in Miami as a free agent, and a total of nine players go into the week averaging at least 9.0 points per contest. Tyler Herro’s return to the court from injury is also worth noting with him averaging 23.8 points in five contests.
