While both teams are looking to pick up another victory in Friday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

Of course, Markkanen missed Sunday’s loss to the Thunder due to an illness but he will return on Friday against the Grizzlies where he should have a large role.

This is massive news for the Grizzlies as they will be getting back one of their top players as they seek their 12th victory of the season.

With Edey sidelined, Aldama and Jock Landale could be in line for larger roles moving forward.

Memphis has also ruled out Brandon Clarke, Ty Jerome, John Konchar, Scotty Pippen Jr. and Javon Small as they all remain sidelined while recovering from injuries.

Fans can catch Friday night’s matchup between the Jazz and Grizzlies from Memphis at 8:00 p.m. EST.
