In Thursday’s victory over the Trail Blazers, Trey Murphy III led the way for the Pelicans as he recorded 24 points, six rebounds and four assists while Bryce McGowens added 23 points and seven rebounds of his own off the bench.
Now New Orleans will try to pick up another victory on Sunday as they face off against a struggling Bulls team on the road.
On the other side, Chicago enters Sunday’s contest with a 10-14 record after defeating the Charlotte Hornets on the road on Friday night.

Josh Giddey led the way for the Bulls in Friday’s victory as he ended the game with 26 points, seven rebounds and 11 assists while Coby White recorded 20 points and five rebounds.

For the Pelicans, they have only two players listed on their injury report, including star forward Zion Williamson.

New Orleans has upgraded Williamson to questionable for Sunday’s game due to a right adductor strain and he has a chance to return from a six-game absence, which would be great news for the Pelicans, especially after Jordan Poole returned in Thursday’s win.
If Williamson is sidelined once again on Sunday, Saddiq Bey could continue to start in his place where he has had a large role.
