In Tuesday’s victory over the Heat, Desmond Bane led the way for the Magic as he recorded 37 points, six rebounds and five assists while Jalen Suggs added 20 points and four rebounds of his own.
Now Orlando will try to grab a victory in Saturday’s NBA Cup semifinals matchup against the Knicks as they try to punch their ticket to next Tuesdays’ championship game.
On the other side, New York enters Saturday’s contest with a 17-7 record after defeating the Toronto Raptors on the road on Tuesday in the NBA Cup quarterfinals.

Jalen Brunson led the way for the Knicks in Tuesday’s victory as he ended the game with 35 points and four assists while Josh Hart recorded 21 points, six rebounds and four assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Saturday night’s matchup to clinch a spot in next Tuesday’s NBA Cup championship game, both squads may be without some of their key players due to injuries.
Knicks Injury Report, Will Miles McBride Play?
For the Knicks, they have three players listed on their injury report for Saturday’s game against the Magic.

New York has ruled out Miles McBride due to a left ankle sprain as he will miss his second consecutive contest and he is expected to be out at least one more week.
With McBride sidelined, Jordan Clarkson could continue to have a larger role while Tyler Kolek could also be in line for more minutes.

The Knicks have also ruled out Landry Shamet as he continues to be sidelined due to a right shoulder sprain while Pacome Dadiet has been upgraded to questionable with a left ankle sprain.

Magic Injury Report, Will Franz Wagner Play?
On the other side, the Magic have three players listed on their injury report, including forward Franz Wagner.

Orlando has ruled out Wagner due to a high left ankle sprain as he will miss his second consecutive contest.
With Wagner sidelined, Anthony Black and Tristan da Silva could both have larger roles once again while the Magic will likely rely on Paolo Banchero, Suggs and Bane to carry the load offensively.

The Magic have also ruled out Moritz Wagner and Colin Castleton as they both continue to be sidelined while recovering from injuries.
