The Lakers have been one of the best road teams in the NBA, winning 12 of their 15 games away from home so far this season. Despite the Jazz leading for 75% of the game, the Lakers pulled away with an impressive 4th quarter that resulted in a 143-135 victory.

In last night’s high scoring affair, the Lakers allowed 78 first half points. They were then held to 57 second half points. The Jazz, offensively, got pretty much whatever they wanted. They shot 47 free throws, went 49% from three (18-37) and overall shot 52% from the field (43-83).

The Lakers shot 39 free throws, 33% from three (13-39), and 53% from the field (49-93). The Lakers also outrebounded the Jazz 48 to 39. But perhaps the most telling stat of the night was the turnover battle. the Lakers had only 7 turnovers last night compared to Utah’s 13.

The Lakers have had trouble taking care of the ball all season long, where in some nights they’ve reached 20+ turnovers.

Lakers Starters Put on an Impressive Outing
