Considering how they handled the front-end of this back-to-back, you can tell this rematch means a lot to the Thunder. They had this matchup circled as soon as they left Las Vegas. The Spurs have been one of the NBA’s biggest surprise teams and sit in second place. OKC wants to make sure the young squad knows there are levels to this whole contention thing.
