Beloved former Boston Celtics star Jrue Holiday said goodbye to New England this summer, and now his Newton home is officially off the market.
The former Celtics guard and defensive standout, who helped the Celtics win the 2024 NBA Finals, just sold his Newton home for $6.699 million. Holiday was traded back to the Portland Trail Blazers this summer.

Holiday was represented by George Sarkis of The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, with Yi Song of Space Realty representing the buyer. Sarkis declined to comment on the sale.
Located at 15 Buff Circle, the six-bed, nine-bath home, which was just completed in early 2024, is tucked at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Measuring 8,850 square feet, the contemporary design is a blend of modern luxury and craftsmanship, as seen through the soaring ceilings, skylit hallways, and customized details throughout.
The home features a sprawling kitchen outfitted with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, crisp quartz surfaces, and an oversized island. The space flows naturally thanks to an open floor plan, which features multiple entertaining spaces that overlook the professionally landscaped grounds.

On the lower level, you’ll find the ultimate private oasis. A temperature-controlled wine room, home theater, and fully equipped gym with sauna are prime spots where we’re guessing Holiday spent his days off. Outside, you’ll find an expansive patio and outdoor kitchen that’s surrounded by a fenced yard and manicured landscaping. There’s also a three-car garage and integrated smart-home features.
Holiday purchased the home in May 2024 for $6.5 million.
