Westfield graduate Jenn Anderson was inducted into the Hamilton County Basketball Hall of Fame on Saturday, Dec. 20, prior to the Westfield-Noblesville girls basketball game.

Anderson is a 2013 graduate of Westfield, where she was a four-year All Hoosier Crossroads Conference selection and was an Indiana All-Star in 2013. She was part of two Shamrocks sectional championship teams, in 2010 and 2013.

Anderson went on to play at Indiana University, where she helped the Hoosiers to an 81-52 overall record, two WNIT appearances and one NCAA tournament berth.

“It’s such a huge honor,” said Anderson. “I never really thought that this was possible, so I’m super excited to now be inducted.”

Anderson is a Pathway IA at Noblesville High School and is in her sixth season as a varsity assistant coach for Donna Buckley and the Millers’ team.

“I’ve had the best support system and I love that I get to come back on an all-female staff with Donna and that she gave me the opportunity here,” said Anderson. “Just adding more marks on my story, because it’s not over yet.”
