The Phoenix Suns (17-13) visit the New Orleans Pelicans (8-24) in an NBA 2025-26 game on Saturday, December 27, at the Smoothie King Center.
The Suns look to keep rolling in this mini two-game set after they pulled away late for a 115-108 win over the Pelicans on Friday night. Phoenix closed the game on an 18-8 run in the final 4:49 to seal it.
Devin Booker, who is averaging 25.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 6.6 assists so far, led the Suns with 30 points in that win. Promising young big man Mark Williams added 24 points and 13 rebounds.
The Suns, who are sitting 7th in the stacked Western Conference, currently rank 13th in the league in both offensive rating (115.6) and defensive rating (114.4). That puts them in an advantage against the Pelicans, who only rank 24th and 28th in both categories.
The Pelicans have also lost their last two games, ending an inspired five-game winning streak this month.
The positive thing for the Pels is that their injury list is shrinking steadily. After battling through numerous injuries, they now only have Herbert Jones and Dejounte Murray listed as out on their report.
For the Suns, they’ll remain without Jalen Green and Grayson Allen.
