The market continues to disrespect Queen, who’s averaging 13.8 points per game this season. That number jumps up to 15.9 since Nov. 19, when his playing time ticked up into the high 20s.
Queen has cleared this scoring line in 11 of his 17 contests since that day. He’s done so in four straight games, scoring at least 16 points in each game.

LaMelo Ball Under 4.5 rebounds (-134) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ball hasn’t posted more than four rebounds in a game since Dec. 3, a streak of five straight contests for this Under. He’s never put up a game with more than seven rebound chances during that stretch, per the NBA’s tracking data.
With center Ryan Kalkbrenner out, Moussa Diabate will start for the Hornets. Ball’s rebounding production drops without Kalkbrenner and with Diabate starting. Ball averages 0.7 rebounds per 75 possessions more without Diabate and 0.9 more boards with Kalkbrenner, according to Databallr.
Jaime Jaquez Jr. Under 4.5 assists (+108) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The passing numbers have gone down for Jaquez, who’s averaging 4.7 assists per contest this year. He’s only registered one game with five-plus assists in his past six outings.
This run coincides with Tyler Herro’s most recent injury, and it makes sense because Jaquez scores more when Miami’s best player is sidelined. Jaquez is averaging seven more points per 75 possessions without Herro, per Databallr.

Lauri Markkanen Under 2.5 3-pointers (+110) ⭐⭐⭐
Could Markkanen be playing against his future team when the Detroit Pistons come to town tonight?
It remains to be seen if Markkanen will be traded, but I’m comfortable fading his 3-point shooting in this spot. He’s failed to hit more than two 3-pointers in 10 of his previous 11 games dating back to Nov. 21.
The Pistons rank second in defensive rating, and their focus should be on slowing down Markkanen tonight.
