The No. 6 Duke Blue Devils (11-1) return to the court for the first time since taking their first loss of the season on Dec. 20 when they host the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (9-4) on Wednesday night at Cameron Indoor Stadium in the Atlantic Coast Conference opener for both teams.

Duke led by 17 in the second half before then-No. 19 Texas Tech stormed back to take an 82-81 victory in the SentinelOne Classic at Madison Square Garden. Cameron Boozer’s 3-point try as time expired was off the mark, as he finished with 23 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists while twin brother Cayden Boozer came off the bench for 13 points. 

Georgia Tech returned to action on Sunday, never trailing on the way to an 89-65 victory over visiting Florida A&M. Baye Ndongo finished with 15 points, 11 rebounds, three steals, and three blocked shots, while Chas Kelley III scored 14 points, Akai Fleming added 12, and Lamar Washington went for 10 points and eight assists. 

The Blue Devils have won three in a row over the Yellow Jackets, including both meetings last season, taking an 82-56 road win on Dec. 21, 2024, and a 78-70 victory in the ACC tournament quarterfinals on March 15. Cameron Boozer averages 23.2 points and 10.0 rebounds for Duke, while Isaiah Evans scores 11.8 points per game. Kowacie Reeves Jr. leads Georgia Tech with an average of 15.4 points per game, Ndongo gets 12.1 points per game, Mouhamed Sylla puts up 11.2 points and 8.4 boards a night, and Washington books 10.9 points and 6.2 assists an outing.
