The Oklahoma City Thunder will host the Miami Heat on Sunday. This will be the first matchup of the season between the two squads.
The Thunder (32-7) mounted a 21-point comeback in their 117-116 win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday. Jalen Williams had his best game of the season with an efficient 26 points and 10 assists.
Meanwhile, the Heat (20-18) dropped a bad 123-99 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Saturday. Tyler Herro had 21 points. Getting blown out by arguably the worst team in the league is never a good sign

Another poor end to the quarter for the Thunder. The defense remains a problem. The Heat have sold out on stopping Gilgeous-Alexander. So far, the OKC role players haven’t stepped up to force an adjustment.

Great rebound and second-chance layup by Mitchell. That forces the Heat to call a timeout. The Thunder have their first lead in a while.
Andrew Wiggins steals OKC’s inbound pass and makes the corner 3-pointer. Because of course. The Thunder’s defense hasn’t been playing at the same level for a little bit now. Gilgeous-Alexander has just three points on 1-of-6 shooting.

A couple of strong defensive possessions by the Thunder. A Holmgren block and a Wallace steal. Thunder call a timeout. There have also been some nice finishes from Williams.
The Thunder will start Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cason Wallace, Lu Dort, Jalen Williams and Chet Holmgren. The Heat will start Tyler Herro, Davion Mitchell, Pelle Larsson, Andrew Wiggins and Bam Adebayo.
