GREEN BAY, Wis. (WMTV) – UW-Green bay men’s basketball has filed a waiver with the NCAA to compete in “The Basketball Tournament,” which is a winner-takes-all for a million dollar prize this summer.
TBT is generally made up of well-known collegiate alumni teams or active pro players
The Phoenix argue that this tournament is a substitute for an overseas trip that allows teams to go abroad and play pro teams once every four years.
