SAN ANTONIO, TX — It was not a good night in San Antonio, as the Milwaukee Bucks suffered their second blowout loss with the final score being 119-101. 

San Antonio went up as many as 39 in Thursday’s matchup as the Spurs took control in the second half, outscoring Milwaukee 40-16 in the third quarter. 

Milwaukee’s leading scorers were Giannis Antetokounmpo (21 points on 7 of 12 shooting). Kyle Kuzma had 18 points on 6 of 17 shooting. 

Meanwhile, Spurs star Victor Wembanyama after hobbling off the court early in the first quarter, came back and scored 22 points on 7 of 12 shooting. De’Aaron Fox added 18 points on 6 of 10 shooting, and Stephon Castle chipped in 19 points on 6 of 9 shooting. 

Milwaukee next plays on Monday against the Atlanta Hawks, with tip-off set for noon.
