The Boston Celtics will make the trip to Michigan’s Little Caesar’s Arena in order to face the Detroit Pistons in what is one of the biggest games of the Celtics’ 2025-26 regular season schedule this Monday (Jan. 19) night. Boston has defied the odds this winter to emerge as one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference, carving a path to the second seed to be above all other East ball clubs fave Detroit.

The Celtics may have to face the Pistons more dinged up than they have been in the two team’s earlier contests this season, however, just as Detroit appears to be in great health. We think this one is a toss-up if it were played at TD Garden, but Boston will have their work cut out for them if they are down one of their best guards on the road.
