PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia 76ers will continue their 6-game homestand on Tuesday when they take on the Phoenix Suns and they will do so while missing big man Joel Embiid due to it being the second night of a back-to-back. They will need others to step up against a tough Suns team.

As for Paul George, he missed Monday’s win over the Indiana Pacers due to left knee injury management. After being listed as questionable for this matchup with the Suns, the Sixers have announced that he will also be out for Tuesday.

Kelly Oubre Jr. will start in place of George. He will be joined in the lineup by Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe, Dominick Barlow, and Andre Drummond in the lineup as Philadelphia looks for its second straight win.

The Sixers and the Suns will tip off at 7 p.m. EST from the Xfinity Mobile Arena in an important matchup for Philadelphia. Everything is so bunched up in the Eastern Conference standings and they need every game they can get in order to move up the standings.
