Giese’s combine for 35 in Falcons win over Win-E-Mac
MOORHEAD — Gavin Giese and Logan Giese both scored in the double-digits in Park Christian’s 78-49 over Win-E-Mac in Pine to Prairie play.
Gavin tallied 20 points, while Logan added 15. Tyler Loeb recorded a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds. The Falcons made 31 of 65 from the field and 8 of 14 from the foul line.
Sheyenne boys stay on a roll, top Davies
WEST FARGO —West Fargo Sheyenne beat visiting Fargo Davies 59-52 on Tuesday night in Eastern Dakota Conference boys basketball to secure its fourth straight win. The loss snapped a four-game win streak for the Eagles.
Horace rebounds with win over Roughriders
HORACE — West Fargo Horace got back in the win column Tuesday with a 82-63 win over Grand Forks Red River.
The Hawks were coming off a loss to Davies, which snapped a five-game win streak. Red River has now lost five in a row.
Rickard, Chase lead Spartans boys to OT win
FARGO — Crew Rickard had 34 points and Samuel Chase added 31 as Fargo North ended a three-game losing streak with a 101-95 overtime victory against Fargo South in Eastern Dakota Conference boys basketball on Tuesday.
North won for just the second time this season with both teams now at 2-5 in the EDC.
Corbyn Follingstad led the Bruins with 26 points while Abakar Minganoudji and Michael Hamilton adding 22 apiece.
WEST FARGO — West Fargo extended its winning streak to four games following an 80-34 win over Grand Forks Central.
Aiden Samek paced the Packers (7-4) with 18 points. Wyatt Knudsen recorded a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Beckett Pfau added 11 points, eight rebounds and four assists, while Owen Scoville notched 13 points.
Brayden Delorme led Central (2-10) with 14 points.

Fergus Falls topples Moorhead boys
FERGUS FALLS, Minn. — Fergus Falls beat visiting Moorhead 70-54 in Minnesota boys basketball on Tuesday. Romeo Kromah had 16 points and Austin Dryburgh added 14 for the Spuds.
Saunders paces Oak Grove boys past Thompson
FARGO — Oak Grove, backed by 20 points from Aidan Saunders, won its third straight contest, beating Thompson 70-63 in a North Dakota Class A basketball matchup.
Ryder Soper scored all 18 of his points for the Grovers (6-4) in the second half. Gavin Oster led Thompson (4-5) with 18 points.
WEST FARGO — Fargo Davies snapped Sheyenne’s win streak with a 68-59 win on Tuesday night in Eastern Dakota Conference play.
Sheyenne’s (5-6) win streak ended at five games, while Davies improved to 8-2.
FARGO — Fargo North defeated Fargo South 78-36 in a rivalry matchup on Tuesday.
The Spartans recovered from a two-game skid and moved to 4-8, while South is 0-10 on the season.
Falcons dominate Win-E-Mac at home
MOORHEAD — Ashlynn Forde had a game-high 22 points as four Falcons scored in double figures as Park Christian cruised past Win-E-Mac 90-18 on Tuesday night.
Libby Suckert had 18 points and 10 steals for Park Christian, and Annika Johns had 16 points and Cierra Carlson added 11. Park Christian led 49-8 at halftime. Clara Kolden led Win-E-Mac with five points.
Horace’s win streak hits 6 games
GRAND FORKS — Horace continued its winning ways Tuesday with a 90-59 win over Grand Forks Red River.
Horace has won its last 6 games and is now 9-2 on the season. Red River, which had won two games in a row, fell to 5-6.
Jordan Christofferson led the Hawks with 31 points and Lakyn Donnelly added 26 points.
West Fargo downs GF Central, snaps losing streak
GRAND FORKS — West Fargo broke its six-game losing streak with a 72-54 road win over Grand Forks Central on Tuesday night.
West Fargo is now 2-9 on the season, while the Knights have lost their last six games and are 1-12.
