Stan Son provides the latest injury updates for Timberwolves forward Naz Reid vs. the Bulls on Thursday, Jan. 22.

UPDATE: Reid returned to the game in the second quarter.

With 7:23 left in the second quarter of Thursday’s game against the Chicago Bulls, Naz Reid was replaced by Rudy Gobert. Reid injured his shoulder and is now in the locker room. It’s the same shoulder that knocked him out of a game last weekend.

Prior to exiting, Reid contributed nine points, two rebounds and three assists in 11 minutes off the bench. Joan Beringer could see an increase in playing time if Reid is unable to return since he’s one of the only bigs available off the bench.

If Reid does not return to the game, he would be eligible for DraftKings Early Exit since he left prior to halftime.
