The Boston Celtics will make the trip to Illinois to take on the Chicago Bulls in the second game of a back-to-back on this Saturday (Jan. 24) night after gutting out a double-overtime win vs. an Eastern Conference foe in New York City the night before.

The Celtics could be without at least one of the regular starters in the tilt if the injury report remains the same, but exhaustion from the especially long contest on the first half of the back-to-back is a more likely threat to Boston racking up another win. The Celtics ought to come away with a victory if they bring their best to bear, but it is unclear if they will have the legs to do so.

Records, standing, and streaks

At present, the Celtics have a 28-16 record and a two-game win streak coming into the tilt. That has them second in the Eastern Conference standings.

The Bulls are the owners of a 22-22 record and a three-game win streak, good enough for ninth place in the East.
