The Cleveland Cavaliers are waiving two-way player Chris Livingston, according to multiple reports. A league source confirmed the move to the Akron Beacon Journal.

Livingston, an Akron native, had recently suffered a hand injury that will reportedly keep him sidelined for about a month, according to Cleveland.com.

The 23-year-old played in just three games for the Cavaliers this season, spending most of his time with the Cleveland Charge of the NBA G League. In those three games for the Cavs, Livingston averaged 3.0 points and 1.0 rebounds per game.

In 11 games played for the Charge in the G League, Livingston averaged 16.5 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. He converted 43.6% of his field goals and 29.8% of his 3-point attempts.

A former Akron Buchtel High School star, Livingston signed his two-way contract with the Cavs in November.
