In Thursday’s victory over the Thunder, Anthony Edwards led the way for the Timberwolves as he recorded 26 points, five rebounds and five assists while Jaden McDaniels added 21 points, four rebounds and four assists of his own.
Now Minnesota will try to grab another victory on Saturday as they face off against the Grizzlies in a tough road matchup.
On the other side, Memphis enters Saturday’s contest with an 18-28 record after losing on the road to the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday night.

Jaren Jackson Jr. led the way for the Grizzlies in Friday’s loss as he ended the game with 16 points and nine rebounds while Cam Spencer recorded 16 points and three assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Saturday night’s matchup, both squads may be without some of their key players.
Timberwolves Injury Report, Will Mike Conley Play?
For the Timberwolves, they have only one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out guard Terrence Shannon Jr.

The good news for the Timberwolves is that Mike Conley is off their injury report and will return on Saturday after missing Thursday’s game due to a back injury.
Grizzlies Injury Report, Will Jaren Jackson Jr., Ty Jerome Play?
On the other side, the Grizzlies have eight players listed on their injury report, including both Jackson Jr. and Ty Jerome.

Memphis has listed Jackson Jr. as doubtful due to a left quad contusion and he is expected to miss Saturday’s game.
With Jackson Jr. likely to be sidelined, GG Jackson, Vince Williams Jr. and Olivier-Maxence Prosper could all be in line for increased roles.
John Konchar has also been listed as doubtful with an anterior triangle contusion and he is expected to miss Saturday’s matchup while Jerome is listed as questionable due to a right calf strain and he could make his season debut against the Timberwolves.

Santi Aldama has been ruled out due to right knee injury management while Zach Edey, Brandon Clarke, Ja Morant and Scotty Pippen Jr. remain sidelined while recovering from injuries.
