Schedule update for Magic at Spurs

The Spurs announce today’s game against the Magic has been moved from 7 ET to tip at 9 ET.

What we know ahead of Sunday’s games:

Milwaukee and Boston meet on ESPN in the first-ever NBA Pioneers Classic to honor the league’s first Black players, Chuck Cooper, Earl Lloyd and Nat “Sweetwater” Clifton.
In a quartet of 6:00 p.m. contests, the Nets visit the East’s top-seeded Pistons, the Bulls and Heat meet for the third consecutive time, the Jazz take on the Raptors in Toronto, and the Kings battle the Wizards in the nation’s capital.
To begin NBC/Peacock’s primetime doubleheader, LeBron James and the Lakers go into MSG looking to end the Knicks’ 5-game winning streak.
Phoenix hosts the LA Clippers as the Suns try to pick up a fourth consecutive victory.
The Spurs are back home on the second night of a back-to-back after losing to the Hornets in a matinee showdown on Saturday. San Antonio will face the Orlando Magic, who will attempt to win their third straight after a thrilling fourth-quarter comeback on Friday against the Raptors.
Cleveland aims to get back in the win column following their loss to the Suns on Friday, and they’ll pay a visit to a Trail Blazers squad in the midst of a 4-game losing streak.
To close out the 10-game slate, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Denver Nuggets meet in a battle between the West’s best to cap Sunday Night Basketball on NBC/Peacock.

Are you ready for a sensational Sunday of hoops?! Kicking things off on ESPN is the first-ever NBA Pioneers Classic when the Boston Celtics host the Milwaukee Bucks (3:30 ET). Our writer Steve Aschburner breaks down the legacy and lasting impact of Chuck Cooper, Earl Lloyd and Nat “Sweetwater” Clifton, the league’s first Black players, as we celebrate the 75th anniversary of the historic 1950-51 season.

Following this monumental moment, Sunday Night Basketball tips off on NBC/Peacock with a monster doubleheader featuring the Los Angeles Lakers taking on the New York Knicks (7 ET) and the Oklahoma City Thunder visiting the Denver Nuggets (9:30 ET).

Prior to the premiere showdown starting in Madison Square Garden, NBC/Peacock’s Basketball Night in America will reveal the 2026 NBA All-Star Game reserves at 6 ET. Seven players from each conference will join the 10 starters at The Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California on Sunday, Feb. 15.
