The Thunder (39-11) received a confidence boost in a 121-111 win over the Denver Nuggets on Sunday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander played like an MVP favorite with an efficient 34 points and 13 assists. Cason Wallace scored a career-high 27 points.
Meanwhile, the Magic (25-23) had a 112-103 loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday. Desmond Bane scored 25 points against an opponent he’s familiar with. Paolo Banchero only had 19 points and 10 rebounds.

Thunder 108, Magic 100: This all depends on who suits up for the Thunder. Considering this is a back-to-back, feels like they’re putting all of their eggs in one basket. They will face the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday. Let’s play it safe and say Gilgeous-Alexander at the very least plays. In this case, OKC should have enough star power to get the home win. The Magic have been inconsistent all season. They’ll enter this game mostly healthy, which is something they’ve struggled with for years. But the Banchero frustrations have been an underlying storyline all year. Let’s go with the reigning NBA champions picking up the quality win.
