The Los Angeles Clippers are trading center Ivica Zubac, along with forward Kobe Brown to the Indiana Pacers, Shams Charania of ESPN reported.

The Clippers are receiving guard Bennedict Mathurin, forward Isaiah Jackson, two first-round picks, and one second-round pick. The first round picks are a protected 2026 first-round pick — protected 1-4 and 10-30 — and a 2029 unprotected first-round pick. If the 2026 pick falls between 1-4 or 10-30, it will be converted into a 2031 unprotected first-round pick.

In 43 games with the Clippers, Zubac is averaging 14.4 PPG, 11.0 RPG and 2.2 APG. Zubac has been with the Clippers since they traded for him from the Los Angeles on Feb. 7, 2019. He is in the first year of a three-year, $58.6 million contract, where the Pacers will pay him the rest of the $18.8 million owed for this year, $20.3 million next season and $21.7 million for the season after that.

Zubac did not play in the Clippers 124-91 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers last night. His final game playing for the Clippers was their 128-113 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Feb. 2, where Zubac had eight points, nine rebounds and two assists.

As for the guys heading to Los Angeles, Mathurin is 23 years-old and was the No. 6 pick in the 2022 draft. He is averaging 17.8 PPG, 5.4 RPG and 2.3 APG in 28 games and will become a restricted free agent at the end of the season. Jackson is 24 years-old and is averaging 6.8 PPG, 5.6 RPG and 0.8 APG.

The Zubac trade comes one day after the Clippers traded guard James Harden to the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for Darius Garland and a 2026 second-round pick.
