Bad news for the New Orleans Pelicans. Star forward Trey Murphy III picked up a shoulder injury late in Wednesday’s game against the Miami Heat and did not return.

Since it was late in the game, it’s possible that he was removed out of an abundance of caution. Before leaving, Murphy III had 19 points, six assists, and four rebounds in 27 minutes of action.
